His unconditional brother, the scenic panic, is the result of situations where we expose ourselves to several people: interpret on stage, a musical audition, a presentation on your photographic exhibition, a presentation of your work, etc ... Well, if we take the definition of previous anxiety and take into account what happens to us to prevent an awkward situation ... if we are capable of not only focusing our attention on the fact that we have scenic panic or many nerves, we will realize that in reality, what our body is sending us is an enormously valuable message.

This process occurs because we have worked or been in too much contact with our rational brain, the one that takes care that we live in an animal way, that detracts from creativity, that transmits us the psychological need for us to be socially accepted in a group, that does not let us live free and above all does not make us be ourselves. Anxiety and its causes
Many think that this problem so common in any area of life has no solution, putting short-term patches with anxiolytics, breaths, relaxation techniques, blaming others ... that help, yes! But if you do not change that internal belief we are talking about, relaxation will not last long when you are exposed to your audience and will come back continuously.
Of course it has an arrangement and a huge positive part, you know which one? Yourself. Allowing you, finally, to begin an internal emotional process of belief change, discovering why you began to have that way of feeling your actions and uncovering your true and authentic self, among several other things.
